The critical phenomenon of the non-growing Bianconi-Barabasi(B-B) fitness model with fixed number of nodes and links was analyzed.The analytical studies show that this model displays a condensate-non-condensate phase transition.The critical behavior was numerically simulated in the Boltzmann limit,suggest that the non-condensation phase is significantly different from that of the growing B-B model.The corresponding critical temperature Tc and degree distribution P(k) are identified.
