University is a typical stakeholder organization. Its stakeholders can affect specialty construction through social evaluation, matriculate, graduates employment and achievements and finally affect the reputation and continuous development of university. Therefore, it is the basis and precondition of university specialty construction and management to deeply analyze the stakeholders＇rights, benefit needs and their influence in specialty construction. It shows that different stakeholder has different benefit requirement and effects to university specialty construction. It implies that in the specialty construction, university should promote identify stakeholders, enhance the mutual understanding with stakeholders, gain trust and adopt stakeholders to participate in the specialty construction management, then to meet the needs of stakeholders better.
