泡沫玻璃作为液化天然气运输与储存设施的保温材料,至少应能承受其自重荷载。通过对泡沫玻璃砖常温和超低温下不同容重及制作精细程度的多组试件进行单轴受压性能试验,结合与常用建筑材料混凝土受力性能的对比,发现超低温下泡沫玻璃砖受力性能有所恶化且受压脆性明显,高容重与高制作精细程度有助于其强度提升。泡沫玻璃砖超低温受力性能明显不同于混凝土,实际工程中须考虑其受力特性的差异。
The foam glass should bear its own weight and other loads when it serves as the insulation material in the transportation and storage facilities of liquefied gas(LNG). Through experiments on the uniaxial compression performance of foam glass bricks with different densities and production levels which are exposed to room and cryogenic temperatures,together with the comparison between foam glass and concrete,it's shown that the performance of foam glass get deteriorated and embrittled at cryogenic temperature,and high density and production level can contribute to improving its strength. The compressive property of foam glass is significantly different from that of concrete,which must be particularly considered in actual projects.
