通过对专利引用相关概念的阐述，介绍和引入专利引用分析的主要统计指标，包括引用次数、引用时滞以及延展性和源散性等，利用这些指标对我国在美国专利商标局（USPTO）数据库中专利的引用状况进行宏观状况描述和微观专门案例分析，寻找与其他国家间的竞争差距以及可能的原因所在，进而针对我国现实状况对我国专利事业的发展提出相应对策建议。
英文摘要：
At first, this paper shows the process of patent citation, and then introduces the index results from patent citation, such as： times of citations, citation lag, citation originality and generality. Using this kind of index, people can describe and analyze the macro situation and micro example of Chinese patents in USPTO. At last, the authors give some advices about China＇s patent progress based on the results got from the analysis.
