目的：确定卫生监督效能评价指标体系各级指标的权重，为卫生监督机构效能评价提供参考。方法：采用德尔菲法（Delphi），编制卫生监督效能评价指标专家咨询问卷，咨询所选取的专家团队是来自上海卫生监督机构的23名专业人员，共3轮咨询。回收的资料使用Microsoft Office Excel2007建立数据库，运用SPSS18．0统计学软件进行统计学分析。结果：回收有效问卷23份，专家积极系数为100％；平均权威系数为0．72；三个级别指标的协调系数依次为：0．835、0．916、0．942，P值均小于0．01，差别有统计学意义；确定了卫生监督效能评价体系各指标所占的权重。结论：采用德尔菲法科学确定了卫生监督效能评价指标体系各指标的权重，且研究结果具有可靠性，可为卫生监督机构效能评价提供参考依据。
英文摘要：
Objective To determine the weight of the health inspection effectiveness indication system,and provide references for health inspectin institution. Methods Using Delphi for expert consultation. The recovered data using microsoft office excel 2007 to establish a database,using spss18.0 statistical software for statistical analysis. Results There are 23 recycling vaild questionnaire,the expert positive coefficient is 100%.The average authority coefficient is 0.72.The coordination coefficient of three level indicators are 0.835,0.916 and 0.942,P values are less than 0.01,the difference was statistically significant.To determine the weight of each index of the health inspection effectiveness evaluation system.Conclusion The results are reliable to provide references for the evaluation of the effectiveness of health inspection institution.
