对韩国政府高级公务员的绩效考核体系进行了系统梳理,归纳总结了韩国高级公务员绩效考核的特色做法,并在此基础上从机制设计、理念优化、结果应用等方面对我国高级公务员的绩效考核工作提出了相应的借鉴建议。
In this paper,we analyzed the performance appraisal system of Korean senior civil servants and concluded characteristics practices.On this basis,from the aspects of mechanism design,concept optimization,and application usage,we proposed corresponding suggestions for the performance appraisal system of senior civil servants of China.
