选择最合适的技术获取方式,是企业提升竞争能力的关键。文献中主要研究了市场化途径下的内部研发、技术联盟和外部获取三类技术获取方式,对非市场化途径下技术获取的研究很少。文章首先分析了企业技术获取方式的研究背景与研究意义,然后从技术获取途径、技术获取影响因素等两个方面对国内外研究成果进行了归纳,并分析了研究趋势,指出现有研究的四点不足:缺乏对非市场化途径的研究、缺乏针对特定类型企业的研究、未能体现技术获取方式的多样性与复杂性、研究结论存在分歧。最后,文章提出了若干有待深入研究的问题和研究建议。
Selecting the appropriate acquisition mode is one of the critical strategic decisions in enhancing one firm's competitive power. Although considerable research has been done about the modes of internal R&D, technological alliance and external R&D in terms of market channel, it still remains a void in the literature as to the non-market channel. This paper begins with an introduction of the research background and significance, and provides a summary of research from the perspectives of acquisition channel and its affeeling factors. Then, it analyzes the research directions and points out 4 limitations of the previous research : a lack of study on non-market channel, insufficient study on specific enterprise type, the ignorance of the variely and complexily of technology acquisition mode, and failure to reach an agreement on resuhs. FinalLy, further questions and suggestions fiw future research are proposed.
