运用热重-红外联用技术实时研究了3,6-二硝基胍基-S-四嗪二水合物(DNGTz.2H2O)在高纯氮气和10K/min等速升温条件下的热分解行为。DNGTz.2H2O的热分解可以分为3个阶段:第一阶段主要失去配位水,失重10%左右;第二阶段为热分解主要阶段,温度范围在228.87~253.15℃,分解过程中放出大量的热量,失重68.66%;第三阶段热分解温度范围较宽,在461.60~572.92℃,失重约17.46%。用FT-IR实时分析了DNGTz.2H2O在各阶段的热分解产物,其主要产物为H2O、NO2、N2O、NH3、CO2和N2。
Thermogravimetry with Fourier transform infrared analysis(TG-FTIR) was used real-time to measure the thermal decomposition behavior of 3,6-bis-nitroguanyl-s-tetrazin dehydrate(DNGTz·2H2O) in highly pure N2 with constant rate-controlled heating(10℃/min).The thermal decomposition of DNGTz·2H2O can be divided into three stages.The first stage is an endothermic process with a mass loss of 10% for the loss of two molecules of water.The second stage was an exothermic stage which is between 228.87℃ and 253.15℃ with a mass loss of 68.66%.The third stage was between 461.60℃ and 572.92℃ with a mass loss of 17.46%.The FTIR spectra show that the main products of the thermal decomposition of DNGTz·2H2O are NO2,N2O,NH3,CO2 and N2.
