Based on the interval non- probabilistic reliability model,a new reliability index is defined,in which the interval length l and the interval lower limit α is thought as input parameters of structural system. At the same time,the judging basis of the reliability analysis method is obtained by analysis,and the reliability calculation method are discussed separately under linear and non- linear condition. Finally,taking anti-icing tube of a certain aircraft for example,the engineering application of this method proposed is further discussed on the resonance reliability analysis.
