医疗血常规检测系统被广泛用于医疗诊断,其能力是否充足对医疗诊断结论有着重大的影响。只有当生理指标被准确地检测,才有助于做出正确的判断。本文对血常规检测系统进行重复性与再现性研究,通过安排交叉实验并利用方差分析,对血常规检测系统的重复性与再现性进行研究和评价,并在此基础上针对红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度检测系统进行了实证研究。本研究提出的血常规检测系统能力评价方法对医疗诊断质量的保证提供了重要基础。

英文摘要：

The blood test system in hospital is widely used in healthcare diagnosis; the adequacy of its capacity has huge effect on the results of healthcare diagnosis. Only when a person＇ s physical factors have been precisely measured can lead to an accurate diagnosis. This essay proposes a Gage R＆R approachfor the blood test system, with the Cross-factors experiment and Analysis of Variance method to evaluate the repeatability and reproducibility of the blood test system. On the basis of this application, an empirical research has been done to the mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration. The proposed method, which is doing measuring capability analysis to the blood test system, has given an important foundation to ensuring the diagnosis quality in healthcare.
