提出一种新型卯榫节点,可解决当前复式中空钢管混凝土构件所面临的问题。为考察新型节点对复式中空钢管混凝土柱的约束效果,以空心率和新型卯榫节点榫头长度为主要研究参数,开展偏压荷载作用下的新型卯榫节点和普通节点约束下复式中空钢管混凝土柱承载力和侧向挠度的对比分析。分析结果表明,与普通节点约束相比,新型卯榫节点可以提高复式中空钢管混凝土柱的承载力,降低侧向挠度;构件的空心率和节点榫头长度对新型卯榫节点约束效果影响明显。
A new type of mortise and tenon joint which can solve the current problems of concrete-filled double skin steel tubular member is put forward in order to research the confinement effect of new joint. Taking the hollow ratio and tenon length as the main study parameters, a comparison analysis on the bearing capacity and mid span deflection of concrete-filled double skin steel tubular constrained by mortise and tenon joint and ordinary joint under the eccentric loaded is done. The results show that the new joint can improve the bearing capacity of members and reduce the mid span deflection; and its confinement effect is determined by the hollow ratio and tenon length.
