研究了改善Na2HPO4.12H2O的过冷和相分离问题的改性技术。通过添加成核剂和增稠剂,在55℃及20℃下进行熔化-冷却循环实验,采用差示扫描量热法分别研究了成核剂及增稠剂的种类及用量对Na2HPO4.12H2O相变温度及相变潜热的影响规律。实验结果表明:活性氧化铝和羧甲基纤维素钠分别能改善Na2HPO4.12H2O过冷和相分离现象,加入1.0 g活性氧化铝作为成核剂,1.0 g羧甲基纤维素钠作为增稠剂,能将改性后的Na2HPO4.12H2O过冷度从26℃降低到14℃,相变潜热为220 J·g-1,经过熔化-冷却循环实验30次后未出现相分离现象。
The modification of Na2HPO4-12H2O to improve its supercooling and phase separation was investigated.The effects of modification agents,such as nucleators and thickeners,on the phase change temperature and latent heat storage capability of Na2HPO4-12H2O were analyzed by using DSC through melting-freezing cycle experiments at temperature of 55℃ and 20℃.The experimental results show that the degree of supercooling of Na2HPO4-12H2O with adding 1.0 g Al2O3 and 1.0 g CMC decreases from 26℃ to 14℃,the latent heat storage capability of Na2HPO4-12H2O is 220 J·g-1.The thermal properties of modified Na2HPO4-12H2O are stable after 30 times melting-freezing cycles.
