当前专业学位硕士和学术型硕士的培养方式差异较小,不能满足社会对应用型人才的迫切需求的问题,论文对仪器仪表工程专业硕士研究生实践基地建设进行了探索与实践,通过构建鲜明的专业实践课程体系,形成一个具有不同专业背景和工作实践经验的仪器仪表工程专业硕士生指导教师队伍,并结合仪器仪表行业第一线生产和最新的技术需求进行项目研发,构建校企紧密的协作机制,建立“高校—企业—项目—人才”四位一体的专业学位研究生实践基地,包括高校(重庆大学)、企业(中国四联仪器仪表集团)、项目(压力仪表、流量仪表、分析仪器等)和人才(专业学位硕士研究生)四种要素,为专业学位研究生培养进行积极有益的探索。
The difference of training mode between Professional-degree and academic degree postgraduates is small, which cannot meet the needs of advanced applied talents. To overcome this problem, this paper tries to explore and practice the construction of experimental base for full-time professional-degree postgraduates of instrument and meter engineering. At first, this base has a distinctive professional practice course system and an advisor team with professional background and work experience, and the students in this base will take part in the research of instrumentation. Furthermore, a school-enterprise collaboration mecha- nism is established. At this basis, A practice base include university (Chongqing University), enterprise (China Silian group), proj- ects (pressure meters, flow meters, analytical instruments, etc.) and talents (professional degree) is built for full-time professional- degree postgraduates of instrument and meter engineering, which carried out an useful exploration for professional degree post- graduate training.
