广东省是一个工业大省,高素质的人力资本匮乏已经成为制约广东工业进一步提升竞争力的主要瓶颈。尤其是技术创新型人力资本,它是技术创新的主体,对提高工业产业的自主创新能力起着关键性的作用。本文通过实证研究发现,技术创新型人力资本跟工业产业的显在竞争力——市场占有率和跟竞争力的关键——竞争优势系数都成高度正相关,但对潜在竞争力指标即竞争优势系数的作用要远远大于对显在竞争力指标的作用。竞争优势是一个产业持续扩张的能力,由此我们认为一个产业要想保有持久的竞争力,就要不断加大技术创新型人力资本的投入,以提高自主创新能力。
Since Guangdong is a major industrial province in China, the shortage of high quality human resources , and particularly of human resources with scientific innovation mindset, who can play a key role in creating propriety innovation, has become a bottleneck to further upgrading the competitiveness of the industry in Guangdong. This paper , based on some empirical research finds out that the capital of human resources with scientific innovation mindset has a positive relationship with the competitiveness of the industry , but has far more impact on the potential compositeness index. Competitive advantage the capacity of a business for sustained expansion. Therefore, we hold this view that a company has to regularly increase its investment in the capital of scientifically innovative personnel to maintain long-tern competitiveness and to improve proprietary innovation.
