电动阀是由电动执行机构和阀门连接起来,使用电能作为动力来接通电动执行机构驱动阀门,用电动执行实现阀门的开关、调节动作,从而达到对管道介质的开关或是调节目的。本文设计了一套基于TMS320F2812 DSP的无刷直流电动机的闭环变频调速电动阀门的控制系统,进行双闭环控制实验,结果表明,在双闭环控制下,无刷电机可以稳定可靠的运行,既具有直流电动机良好的调速性能,又具有交流电机结构简单、运行可靠、维护方便等优点,有着巨大的发展潜力。
Electric valve is linked by electric actuator and valve, using electricity as the power to turn on the electric actuator and drive valve. It uses electrical switch to adjust the movement of the valve, so as to achieve the purpose of medium switch or adjusting the pipes. We designed a set of the brushless dc motor based on TMS320F2812 DSP, to achieve closed-loop frequency control of motor speed control system of electric valve. We did double closed-loop control experiments, the results show that under the double closed loop control, brushless motor can run stably and reliably. It can adjust speed like the DC motor and its structure is simple. It can run reliably and it can be maintained conveniently like an AC motor. So it has huge development-potential.
