相对湿度是决定混凝土诸多性能劣化进程和耐久性的重要参数,快速、准确的测量混凝土内部的相对湿度一直是试验上的一个难点。在分析总结传统插入探头测湿法不足的基础上,基于新型温湿度一体数字传感器,开发埋入式混凝土测湿新方法,该法具有体积小、自动、准确、快速、高效等特点。应用新方法测试C30普通混凝土和C60高性能混凝土在干燥收缩条件下早期相对湿度随龄期的变化,揭示其3阶段发展规律。
Internal relative humidity in concrete is a controlling factor in most of degradation process and durability problems.Potential problems of insert-probe humidity measuring method are analyzed and summarized.A new measuring system using embedded digital sensors has been developed that provides a convenient and easy way to accurately measuring the internal relative humidity and temperature from very early age.The internal relative humidity of C30 concrete and C60 high performance concrete at drying shrinkage conditions is measured from very early age using the new system.
