企业如何利用信息技术和信息系统去发现市场机遇一直以来都是国内外学术界关注的焦点之一。本文针对企业在市场机遇发现中的难点,引人多模式推理的方法,来研究企业市场机遇发现决策支持系统。本文首先讨论了多模式推理对企业市场机遇发现的支持作用,接着研究了以CBR为主,RBR作为辅助模块的混合推理过程,并据此设计了支持企业市场机遇发现的决策系统,分析了系统的架构、工作原理以及系统实现的一些关键技术,并详细讨论了支持系统中案例知识的表示和规则知识的表示,最后给出了实例,为企业市场机遇发现的决策支持系统的设计提供了新的思路与方法。
The using of information technology and information systems for enterprises to discover market opportunities has always been one of research hotspots at home and abroad. For solving the difficulties of enterprise market opportunities discovery, this paper introduces a new method, Multi-Modal Reasoning (MMR). The paper first discusses the MMR's support effectiveness for enterprise marketing opportunity discovery, then studies the reasoning process which integrates CBR as primary module and RBR as assistant module. The paper designs a decision support system for enterprise market opportunity discovery, presents the system's structure, operating principles and the critical techniques, and discusses the representation of case knowledge and rule knowledge in detail, at last gives an example to illustrate the system's application. This paper provides a new way to design the decision support system for enterprise market opportunity discovery.
