First, using the factor analysis method, 22 influence factors are extracted to 9 common factors which are technol- ogy factor, the R＆D resources factor, government factor, market factor, public service factor, organization structure fac- tor, talent management factor, information management factor; Second, using the stepwise regression analysis method, analyzes the influence of the 9 common factors on the civilian-military technology innovation system. 9 common factors can be reduced to 3 factors. The result indicates that 9 common factors, which are from macro view, medium view and micro view, have effects on the civilian-military technology innovation system synergy. In these, R＆D resources factor, govern- ment factor and management factor are the most remarkable factors to the civilian-military technology innovation system.
