注塑模具的设计成功与否，往往依赖于专家对某类产品的设计、生产经验知识。笔者基于知识的角度，针对影响流道设计的因素，总结了流道设计中所需要的知识及规则，分别从流道的布置方式、流道的截面形状及流道尺寸的确定三个方面确定了流道的设计流程。

It always depends on experts＇ experiential design and manufacturing knowledge of a product to design an injection mold successfuUy. From the knowledge - based point of view, according to the factor affected design of runner, the knowledge and the rule needed for the design of runner are summarized in this paper. At the same time, the design rule are set in aspects of the disposal mede, the shape of section and the size of runner.
