伴随着IT技术的快速发展，云计算成为未来信息技术发展的重要方向之一，正越来越受到各方面的关注和应用。为加快推进云计算商业化进程的步伐，文中研究了影响云计算在国内商业化推进的因素，利用多元线性回归方法进行分析。研究结果表明：企业对云计算的认知程度和使用云计算的服务类型对企业应用云计算起着正向的推动效应；云计算的标准化问题和自建云计算的成本对企业应用云计算起着负向的抑制效应。

With the rapid development of information technology, cloud computing has become one of the most important trends of future development of information technology and gained more and more concerns and applications. In order to accelerate the pace of commercialization process of cloud computing, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of impact on enterprise using cloud computing, based on multiple regression analysis. It gets the results that awareness level of enterprise learning cloud computing and service types of cloud computing have remarkable positive effect and platform standardization of cloud computing has the negative effect,when enterprise make the decision on using the cloud computing.
