介绍了斜轧金属管料V形槽的模具模型的建立和有限元模拟以及实验结果的分析和研究。以轧制过程金属体积不变原理为前提,运用Deform-3D有限元软件模拟轧制过程,得到较理想的V型槽以方便下料。模拟结果和实验结果验证了由齿顶高参数设计模具孔型进行斜轧金属管料轴轧制的可行性,为课题的深入研究提供了理论依据和参考价值。
The cross-rolling metal pipe material V-shaped groove on its mold design and finite element simulation and the experimental results of the analysis and research were described. Based on the theory of metal volume invariability when parts being processed and using Deform-3D finite element simulation software rolling process, a better groove was gained to facilitate the V-cutting. The result validates the feasibility of the ramp-rolling metal tube axis based on die designed by the tooth height value, which provides the theoretical foundation and reference for farther research.
