以甜菜品种‘Beta464’为试验材料,探讨不同浓度碳酸钠处理对甜菜幼苗根系生长发育的影响。结果表明:0.4%浓度处理较CK相比,显著增加了根系长度,增大了根系表面积,增大了根系体积,同时显著提高了根系活力;0.8%和1.2%浓度处理与CK相比,幼苗根系生长受到抑制,根系长度、体积和表面积显著减小,根系活力显著降低。
The sugar beet (Beta vulgaris) ' Beta464'used as material, to study seeding roots growth and development under different concentrations of Na2CO3 stress. The results showed that 0.4% Na2CO3 treatment significantly increased the root length, increase the root surface area, increased the root volume and significantly increased the root activity at the same time, compared with CK. The 0.8% and 1.2% treatments seedling root growth was restrained, root length, volume and surface area, root activity significantly decreased significantly, compared with CK.
