Corresponding Author Dong-Rui Fan graduated from the Department of Mathematical Science at Beijing Jiaotong University with a Bachelor's degree in 2000, and he received the Ph.D. degree from Institute of Computing Technology (ICT), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in 2005. Now, he is an associate researcher at ICT, a member of CCF and IEEE. He worked together with members of AMS (Advanced Micro-System) research group and designed the new processing models -- Godson- X and Godson-T.
