针对隐性知识的特征及其传播特点,用微分动力学方法建立了组织通过外部学习进行隐性知识转移的分析模型,在此基础上,进一步分析了影响组织隐性知识转移渐近解的主要参数控制.模型揭示了组织通过外部学习进行隐性知识转移的规律,指出了组织获得外部隐性知识的条件及隐性知识在组织中传播的条件,同时也阐明了一些能改进隐性知识转移效果的途径,文中最后还分析了模型对管理的现实意义.
According to the definition of tacit knowledge and characteristics of its transfer, a differential dynamic model is established for describing tacit knowledge transfer of an organization by its external learning. Furthermore, the main parameters influencing the asymptotic solution of the transfer process are analyzed. The model proposed in this paper depicts the tacit knowledge transfer law of an organization by its external learning, points out the conditions that an organization obtains external tacit knowledge and the conditions that tacit knowledge is diffused in the organization, at the same time, some approaches to improve the efficiency of the tacit knowledge transfer are also put forward. Finally, the management implication of this model is illuminated.
