浮选矿浆液位的控制,是直接影响选矿回收率及精矿质量的一个重要因素。本文从控制策略的确定、液位探测与传感装置的比较、执行机构的选择、管路的设计等方面,对浮选设备矿浆液位检测与控制系统进行了初步研究,并分析了两种较为典型的矿浆液位自动控制系统。
The automatic pulp-level control is an important factor that affects the mineral recovery rate and the concentrate grade directly. In this article, it is studied on the automatic pulp-level control by confirming the control strategy, comparing the level detection and spread device, choosing the executor, designing the pipeline and so on. And two typical automatic pulp-level control systems are analyzed.
