分布式电源出力的随机性与间歇性以及含分布式电源微网的孤岛运行模式对配电网的可靠性都有着不同的影响。在传统配电网可靠性指标的基础上引入了含DG配网可靠性的指标,并建立了指标评估体系。建立可靠性综合指标评估体系时,采用专家赋权与熵值法主客观相结合的组合赋权法对指标进行加权,得出综合评估指标。最后以某青岛项目中一个10 kV配电网络为例进行指标计算,建立了指标体系,论证了所提出的指标体系的正确性与科学性,综合指标结果也表明DG接入对配网可靠性的提高有显著作用。
The randomness and intermittent output of distributed generation as well as the isolated island operation mode of distributed network has different impacts on the reliability of the distribution network. Based on the reliability index of traditional distribution network, this paper introduces the reliability index of the distribution network with DG. To establish integrated reliability index evaluation system, the paper uses combination weighting method, combining expert weighting method with entropy method, to weight the index and finally get the comprehensive evaluation index. At last, the paper takes a 10 kV distribution network in Qingdao project as an example to calculate the index, establishes the index system, and demonstrates the correctness and the scientific nature of the proposed index system. The index shows that the distribution network reliability improves when DGs are connected.
