开发了基于流化床反应器的微波辅助光催化处理阿特拉津废水工艺及装置,实现了连续运行。以γ-Al2O3为载体,采用表面活性剂辅助水热法制备了ZrOx-ZnO/γ-Al2O3催化剂,用于微波辅助光催化动态工艺中;考察了不同因素对微波辅助光催化处理效果的影响。结果表明,对于3L质量浓度为10mg.L-1的阿特拉津,在进水流量109L·h-1,微波功率400 W,紫外光波长254 nm、辐射出度3×9.79 m W·cm-2,催化剂量150 g的条件下,辐照废水60 min后阿特拉津去除率达94%。微波辅助光催化法能够有效去除水中阿特拉津并明显拓宽降解的pH适用范围。
The microwave-assisted photocatalytic process in fluidized bed reactor has been developed for atrazine wastewater treatment.The ZrOx-ZnO/γ-Al2O3 was prepared via surfactant-assisted hydrothermal method on the γ-Al2O3 carrier and used as the catalyst.The effects of operation conditions on atrazine removal were studied,and the optimum conditions were determined as follows: atrazine volume 3 L,concentration 10 mg·L-1,wastewater flow rate 109 L·h-1,microwave power 400 W,UV light wavelength 254 nm,UV light intensity 3×9.79 mW·cm-2,catalyst dosage 150 g,reaction time 60 min.Microwave-assisted photocatalytic process effectively degraded the atrazine in water,and extended the applicable pH range for the degradation of atrazine.
