英文摘要：

Agromere, an urban agriculture project of Almere in Netherlands is analyzed from the perspectives of planning model, working process and working content. Based on this example, the practical model of introducing urban agriculture into the development process in urban area is explored further. The case study is an advanced example in foreign countries and it proposes new ideas for the development of peri-urban housing areas in China as well. With the comparative compari- son of the problems in the construction of outskirts of metropolitan area, the paper puts forwards a new conception that the combination of urban agriculture with bottom-up housing areas planning strategy would be an alternative to the intensive de- velopment in peri-urban region.
