Organizational health is the new study proposition in the field of organizational behavior, so, research perspective is still relatively decentralized. The article summarizes the current studies into two main perspectives： state and process. Moreover, it builds the organizational health system model under the theoretical perspective of open system, which includes a hot research content in the field of organizational health, and focuses on the development and characteristic of basic concept of organizational health and impact mechanism of organizational health.
