组织健康是组织行为学中较新的研究命题,因而学界的研究视角还比较分散。本文将现有主要研究归纳为状态和过程两种理论视角,并以战略管理的开放系统理论视角为指导构建了组织健康系统模型,该模型囊括了组织健康领域的热点研究内容,并重点阐述了组织健康基础概念的发展及状态特征、组织健康的影响机制。
Organizational health is the new study proposition in the field of organizational behavior, so, research perspective is still relatively decentralized. The article summarizes the current studies into two main perspectives: state and process. Moreover, it builds the organizational health system model under the theoretical perspective of open system, which includes a hot research content in the field of organizational health, and focuses on the development and characteristic of basic concept of organizational health and impact mechanism of organizational health.
