利用光路追踪程序,设计了一种可以检测抛物型内轮廓的微观轮廓曲线的反射式光强调制型光纤传感器。从模拟结果可以看出,这种传感器能很好的实现抛物型内轮廓的检测问题,具有结构简单、非接触测量、抗电磁干扰、测量速度快等优点。本文为反射式光强调制型光纤传感器用于复杂内轮廓的非接触测量提供了必要的理论分析和设计依据。
A fiber optic sensor used for inspecting the outline curves of parabolic-type inner-contours is designed in this paper The results of numerical simulation show that the sensor can complete the measurements of parabolic-type inner-contours properly and has the advantages of compact structure, non-contact measurement, anti-EMI, less measuring time and so on.
