研究了全断面岩石掘进机(TBM)的最小开口面积。以5.55m直径刀盘为研究对象,建立了不同开口面积刀盘的三维面体模型,基于离散元仿真软件PFC3D对TBM刀盘的出碴过程进行仿真,得到刀盘的合理开口面积。结果表明,随着刀盘开口面积的增大,刀盘内部的颗粒数量达到稳定状态就越快,且波动也越小;当刀盘开口面积大于2.5m^2时,随着开口面积的增大刀盘内部颗粒数量的方差减小的就越缓慢;在开口面积约为2.7m^2时,单位时间内的排碴量与破岩量相等。以单位时间内排碴量大于破岩量且刀盘内部颗粒数量波动尽量小为原则,得到5.55m直径刀盘的合理开口面积为(2.7-3.5)m^2。
The minimum open area of TBM cutterhead was studied. The models of different open area cutterhead with 5.55 m diameter were built. Based on the discrete element software PFC3 D,the mucking progress of cutterhead was simulated. The reasonable open area of cutterhead was obtained. The results had shown that the larger cutterhead open area the quicker number inside cutterhead came to stabilization and less fluctuation. When the open area was larger than 2.5m^2,the variance of ballast number inside cutterhead diminished slowly with the open area increasing. The number of mucked ballast equaled the number of removed ballast while the open area was 2.7m^2. Under the rule of largest mucking ballast number and least fluctuation of number inside cutterhead,the resonable open area of cutterhead with 5.55 m diameter was between(2.7-3.5)m^2.
