在实行分时电价政策的背景下,为指导梯级水电站群联合优化运行,本文建立了以梯级年最大发电收益和可靠出力最大化为目标的数学模型。实际运行中,常将可靠出力最大化这一目标转化为梯级可靠出力约束,采用传统POA求解将会出现维数灾的问题,很难求解,本文提出一种POA改进算法用于上述模型求解。使用雅砻江梯级水电站的实际数据进行计算,结果表明,算法计算速度快,收敛效果好,能够得到满意的优化结果。
This paper develops a dispatching optimization model to maximize the annual benefit and the least output of cascaded hydropower plants on the background of TOU policy.In practical applications,the maximized least output is often converted into a constratint,and this makes the model difficult to solve by the traditional POA.Thus we introduce a modified algorithm of adaptive POA here.The study case of cascaded hydropower stations on the Yalong river shows a higher rate of convergence and satisfactory results of the proposed model.
