英文摘要：

The upgrading of industrial chain is the essence of industries upgrading. Based on the theoretical analysis of the literature and the reference of the research and practice about industrial chain at domestic and abroad, this paper puts forward 5 dimensions of industrial chain, and further defines and expounds the concept and coverage of resource-based industrial chain. Through the qualitative analysis about the factors, dynamics and process of the chain, the paper reveals the evolution mechanism and government of resource-based industrial chain. Based on the 5 dimensional perspectives of the industrial chain, the upgrade path of the resource-based industrial chain is constructed. On this basis, the paper selects Tongling, the non-ferrous metal resources city, as an empirical case to research. From three aspects of the extension, expansion and integration of resource-based industrial chain, the specific ways and strategies for the upgrading of the copper industry chain are offered.
