针对影响系数法在转子动平衡中确定加重质量存在较大分散性的情况,综合考虑了加准精度、平衡效率,采用确定机械滞后角的新方法,利用机械滞后角确定转子的不平衡方向。在转子试验台上进行动平衡仿真验证,结合全息谱技术全面描述机组测振面的振动信息,结果表明在转子系统动平衡中,滞后角法确定配重质量方向的方法可靠,提高了一次加准的精度和平衡效率,减少起机次数,节省了平衡成本。
Aiming at the large dispersion exists in rotor balancing which influence coefficient method determine the direction of counterweight situation, considering the accuracy of counterweight and efficiency of;balance, this paper uses a new method to determine the mechanical hysteresis angle, then determining the unbalance direction of rotor by mechanical lag angle. Simulating dynastic balance on the rotor test stand and analyzing the balancing effect of the rotor, combining with the holospectrum technology which describes the comprehensive vibration information of the unit vibration plane, the results show that, in the dynamic balance of rotor system, the method for determining counterweight direction by mechanical lag angle is reliable, which can improve the precision of one-time-accurately aggravate and balance efficiency, as well as reduce balancing times and save balancing cost.
