焊缝跟踪是焊接自动化中的核心技术,而焊缝的角点提取对于焊缝成形好坏有着重要的影响。在焊接中,V型焊接坡口是一种最为常见的焊接接头。为提高焊缝角点提取的准确度,针对V型焊接坡口,研究了曲率极值法的角点检测算法。在获取到一副焊缝原始图片,对图片进行预处理,包括图像分割、图像去噪和骨架细化。再应用曲率极值的角点检测方法从细化后的V型焊缝激光线上提取角点坐标并标记。实验结果表明,该方法简单有效,准确度高。
Weld seam tracking is the key technology to automatic welding,what's more ,corner detection has an important impact on weld seam formation.V-shaped welding groove is one of the most common welded joints.A maximum curvature method for corner detection about the V-shaped welding groove is studied where it can improve the accuracy of corner detection. When the original welding seam picture is obtained,image preprocessing which includes image segmentation filtration and skeleton thinning should be carried out, And then,the corner will be extracted and marked through the maximum curvature method for corner detection about the thinned V-shaped welding seam.As the experiments show,this method is effective and accurate.
