Brain Machine Interface（ BMI） has become one of the major neuroscience studies developing dramatically in recent decades,which is believed to have a brighter application prospect. Many scholars assume that the 21 st century will be an age of neuroscience. However,it will bring about such ethical issues and dilemmas as safety,privacy and justice,which will affect human＇s behaviors and ways of thinking,and challenge the various traditional relationships of ethics. Although the ethical issues of BMI have attracted attention,there still exit dozens of problems and challenges. The way to resolve these problems will be the key research concern of BMI ethical issues in the future.
