水火并有独立发电企业日前优化运行研究

电力市场环境下,水火并有独立发电企业在满足区域电网公司下达负荷任务的同时,整个企业的短期(日)运行费用最小是目前亟待研究的问题。从发电企业的角度出发,采用人工免疫系统建立优化模型进行问题求解,将该模型运用在某独立发电企业仿真中,通过日前现货市场计算,结果表明系统水火互补特征明显,约束条件完全满足,较大地节约了全系统的日运行费用。

英文摘要:

In electricity market environment, it is an urgent problem for the independent hydro-thermal power producer to minimize its short-term (daily) operational cost while satisfying the load demand of the regional grid company. To solve the problem, the artificial immune system (AIS) was used to construct the optimization model, and the model was applied to simulation of an independent power producer. Calculation of the clay-ahead spot market shows that the characteristic of mutual supplement is evident in the system and all the constraint conditions are satisfied, which substantially saves the daily operational cost of the whole system.
