This paper introduces an ontology-based P2P semantic retrieval framework in order to improve the key-based information retrieval in P2P system which lacks semantic support.The framework is based on super peer topology and applies ontology to information integration.The peers supporting similar concept are clustered into the same semantic peer group,and the peers in the same group are linked by semantic links according to the ontology definition.The semantic association between different peer groups is linked by group semantic links of super peers,and the association between peers in different groups is linked by the shortcut semantic links.
