以蔗渣为原料,莫尔盐和双氧水为催化剂,通过接枝共聚合反应制备了蔗渣接枝丙烯酰胺吸附材料,探讨了乙酸预处理对蔗渣接枝丙烯酰胺接枝率的影响。通过静态吸附研究了乙酸处理前后制备的吸附材料对汞离子的吸附效果。结果表明,乙酸预处理可以极大地提高蔗渣接枝丙烯酰胺的接枝率,以乙酸处理前后两种蔗渣为原料制备的改性蔗渣对汞离子的吸附容量分别为333.3mg/g和854.7mg/g,显示其在含重金属离子废水处理领域具有较好的应用前景。
In this paper, the bagasse grafting acrylamide (Bagasse-AM) was prepared by grafting copolymerization of acrylamide monomer onto agricultural by-products bagasse, with ammonium ferrous sulfate and hydrogen peroxide as catalyst. Effects of acetic acid -pretreatment for bagasse on the grafting ratio of acrylamide were investigated. The adsorption performances of the two Bagasse-AM prepared by different pretreatment bagasse were examined by batch adsorption experiments, the results showed that acetic acid acid-pretreatment for bagasse could greatly increase the grafting ratio, and the adsorption capacity of mercury ions with the two modified bagasse was 333.3mg/g and 854.7mg/g, respectively, which showed an industrial prospect in the process of heavy metal ions containing wastewater treatment.
