目的 通过病例报道及文献复习探讨肺良性转移性平滑肌瘤的临床特点,提高临床医师对该病的认识。方法 对收治的4例肺良性转移性平滑肌瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析及相关文献复习。结果 4例患者均有子宫平滑肌瘤病史,且均行手术治疗,CT示4例患者均有肺内多发性结节,其中1例患者伴有腹膜多发转移。3例患者行CT引导下穿刺,1例行胸腔镜下楔形切除部分肺组织。病理提示平滑肌源性肿瘤。结论 肺良性转移性平滑肌瘤临床少见,多发生在有子宫平滑肌瘤病史的女性,可通过CT引导下穿刺、胸腔镜活检确诊,手术切除及抗雌激素治疗为主要治疗方法。

英文摘要：

Objective To report and review literature by the clinical features of benign lung metastatic leiomyoma, increase clinician awareness of the disease. Methods Four cases of benign lung metastatic leiomyoma and pertinent literature review method report admitted. Results Four patients had a history of uterine fibroids, and underwent surgery, CT shows four patients had multiple pulmonary nodules, one patient with multiple peritoneal metastasis. For 3 patients underwent CT - guided biopsy, a routine part of thoracoscopic wedge resection of lung tissue. Pathologic examination showed smooth muscle tumors. Conclusion Metastatic lung benign leiomyoma clinical rare, have occurred in women with a history of uterine fibroids, through CT - guided biopsy, thoracoscopy biopsy, surgery and anti - estrogen therapy is the main treatment.
