运用CFD计算流体软件,分别在W管模拟了疏浚泥、空气、固化剂在管中的混合情况。通过改变空气入口角度,来分析疏浚泥和固化剂混合情况、空气和固化剂质量流量以及出口处混合物流速的变化。结果表明:在紊流情况下,疏浚泥和固化剂在长管中翻滚前行,混合相当均匀,空气入口角度变化对其无影响;空气角度改变时,固化剂质量流量无变化,混合物出口速度随着空气质量流量的改变而变化。
CFD software is used to simulate mixing process of dredged mud, curing agent and air respectively in W tube. By changing the air inlet angle, this paper analyzes the dredged mud and curing agent, curing agent and air mass flow rate and the change of the mixture flow velocity at the exit. Results show that: under the condition of turbulent flow, the dredged mud and curing agent in the long tube roll forward, mixes evenly, air inlet angle change has no effect on it; when the air angle is changed, the air mass flow rate of the curing agent does not change, mixture exit velocity varies with the change of the air mass flow rate.
