Significant progress has occurred in microfluidic chip technology during the past decade. With the development of MEMS technology, microfluidic chip, which is high-throughput, efficiency, rapid and low cost, is introduced to the analysis of peptides and proteins and signifieant progress, is obtained. It begins to play more and more important effect in proteomic. This review focuses on,recent advances and applications in microfluidic chip of proteomic analysis.
