The core of collaborative innovation is knowledge creation. Collaborative innovation units converge severally owned knowledge assets into the collaborative innovation platform,after SECI spiral value-added process,then finally the knowledge creation is realized. The created knowledge assets transform to the teaching resources to improve the quality of innovative talent training. And the high quality innovative talents help improve the scale and level of knowledge creation in the process of collaborative innovation.
