In this knowledge information era,the popularity of mobile electronic products and computer teaching is important for connecting of classroom teaching and experiment teaching.Under the current situation, micro-lectures enter the university classroom and link classroom and experiment teaching becomes an inevitable trend.Histology and embryology is a traditional and complete knowledge system.The main teaching method of histology and embryology in university is the combination of classroom teaching and experiment teaching.Microscope observation is the main way for understanding knowledge points in experiment teaching.However,on account of the restriction of observation skill of students and explanation time of teachers,it is very important for experiment teaching to be vivid and lively.Micro-lectures becoming more and more favored for its characteristic of terse,forceful and targeted. It will be feasible for solving the problem of histology and embryology experiment teaching by implementing micro-lectures.
