多频干涉SAR技术作为传统干涉SAR技术的扩展,可以实现对陡峭地形高程的精确提取。多频干涉SAR数据融合实现陡峭地形高程重建的前提是获取各独立观测频点高质量的干涉相位图。本文将传统InSAR技术中基于最大似然的局部条纹频率估计方法扩展为多频InSAR的情况,解决了传统方法估计结果易受相位噪声的问题,并将条纹频率估计结果用于辅助相位滤波。计算机仿真实验验证了本文方法的有效性,提升了干涉相位图的生成质量。
As an extension of the Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar( InSAR),the multi-frequency InSAR can realize the elevation extraction with high accuracy in the steep terrain. The premise of using multi-frequency InSAR data fusion to realize the elevation extraction in the steep terrain is obtaining high accuracy InSAR interferogram at each independent observation frequency point. In this paper,the local fringe frequencies estimation method based on maximum likelihood estimation,which using in traditional InSAR technology,has been extended to the situation of multi-frequency InSAR,resolving the problem that the estimation result of traditional method which is sensitive to the phase noise,and the result of fringe frequencies estimation can assist to the phase filtering. Simulation experiment results verify the effectiveness of the method in this paper,and the method improves the quality of InSAR interferogram.
