对TLJ300连续挤压机的研究主要依据理论计算和工程经验的数据,对连续挤压机工作时的载荷状况没有准确的测量,而连续挤压机的工作载荷状况直接影响到产品的生产质量和机器的使用年限。为了准确测量连续挤压机主要部件的工作载荷,自主设计制作一组电阻式传感器,并跟动态信号测试仪以及分析软件等组建一套完整的工作载荷检测装置。测得实际生产过程的载荷数据,对采集到的数据进行整理和分析,得到所有测试位置的载荷大小及变化规律,根据真实的试验测试数据对机架结构进行有限元分析并提出优化设计方案。结果表明,连续挤压机机架位置载荷分布不均匀,优化设计的机架可以减轻材料使用量90kg。
