本文介绍了水-碳钢分离式热管管排排列方式对工质温度、壁面温度以及烟气经过单排管的放热量的影响。针对管排四种不同的排列方式给出相应的分析结果,并指出四种管排排列方式的优缺点。热管换热器经过调整管排后,不但可降低换热器前排管的管壁温度,有利于热管的安全使用,还可提高烟气出口处管壁温度,防止低温腐蚀。此结论对分离式热管换热器的防腐设计有一定的指导意义。
In this paper,the effects of the wall temperature,the working fluid temperature and gas releasing heat of the single row on arrangement and combination modes of tube tows of the"water-steel"separated heat pipe are described.Regarding on four different arrangement ways of tube tows,the corresponding results are given and their advantages and disadvantages are pointed out.It is very effective to not only reduce the wall temperature of the front row tube to be beneficial to safe operation of heat pipe,but also raise the wall temperature of last row tube to prevent low temperature corrosion after regulation of tube tows of separated heat pipe.The results will also be favorable to anticorrosion design of the separated heat pipe.
