文章以信息、知识、智能为核心对象，以科学技术产生发展的三大基本规律为理论依据，剖析了知识构建基于“信息一知识一智能转换”而辅人以知行能力的内涵实质和功能实现，并对知识构建成长过程中的智能生成机理进行了解析，从中概括出知识构建在成长中所具有的功能特点和能力形成的内在机制。根据知识构建成长的知识服务能力生成模型，全面地分析知识构建成长对知识转化、知识序化和知识融合的动力需求，以及由此产生对提高用户知识获取能力、知识吸收能力和知识应用能力的贡献。指明知识构建成长的这种动力机制不但具有普适性科学依据，而且与智能生成的共性核心机制互通共融，只不过是在知识构建理论与实践中的一个变形和实例。

英文摘要：

Taking information, knowledge and intelligence as the core object, and the 3 major basic laws of the generation and development of science and technology as the theoretical basis, this paper analyzes the connotation essence and functions reali- zation of Knowledge Architecture （KA） based on ＂information-knowledge-intelligence transformation＂ while assisting human with the ability of knowing and doing, and the intelligence formation mechanism in the KA growth process so as to summarize the func- tional characteristics and the internal mechanism of ability formation of KA in its growth. According to the model of knowledge serv- ice ability formation in the KA growth, the paper comprehensively analyzes the power demand of KA growth for knowledge transfor- mation, knowledge ordering and knowledge fusion, and the resulting contribution to the improvement of users＇ ability in acquiring, absorbing and applying knowledge. Finally, the paper indicates that the dynamic mechanism of KA growth not only has the general scientific basis, but also communes mutually with the common core mechanism of intelligence formation, which is only a deforma- tion and instance in the theory and practice of KA.
