为了定量分析聚合反应挤出过程中各种物理量之间的复杂关系,进而调控化学反应和材料结构,采用有限体积方法与半隐式迭代算法,对紧密啮合同向旋转双螺杆挤出机内的苯乙烯阴离子聚合反应挤出过程进行数值模拟,研究了单体浓度、转化率、平均相对分子质量、流体粘度等物理量的影响并获得了其变化规律,该模拟结果与实验结果基本一致
In order to quantitatively analyze the complicated relationships among the variables during reactive extrusion processes for polymerization, and control the chemical reaction and the material structure, the reactive extrusion process for anionic polymerization of styrene in a closely intermeshing co-rotating twin screw extruder was numerically simulated by means of the finite volume method and the semi-implicit iterative algorithm. The effects of such variables as monomer concentration, monomer conversion, average molecular weight and fluid viscosity were analyzed, and the evolutions of the key variables were obtained. The simulated results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
