The paper analyzes the influence of national high-tech zones innovation on zones economic growth and organizational learning＇s mediating effect by multiple linear regression analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,exploratory factor analysis and mediating effect analysis. Result show that,high-tech zones innovation significantly promotes zones economic growth,innovation is also conducive to promoting organizational learning,organizational learning has a partial mediating effect on innovation and zones economic growth.
